Christmas Mystery Dinner Theater scripts are written to provide a fun evening that will encourage guests to enjoy the Christmas season in a positive and uplifting way.   Guests are invited to sit together at tables where they will eat, enjoy the drama, and get to know others better through games and/or simple activities. 

Note that each year, new scripts will be added. 
 

Dinner Christmas Drama #1
“The Christmas I'll Never Forget”
by Nancy Bond

Synopsis:
Joe Maddock plans a fabulous Christmas trip to the Bahamas as his gift to his wife and 3 grown (or nearly grown) children.  However, hazardous weather conditions force the family to seek shelter before ever reaching the airport.  Audience members will laugh and cry as they experience a very different Maddock family Christmas celebration!  Church members and the community will appreciate the message that this original script has to offer.

The Cast:
The cast includes 6 main parts:

- 3 Male:  Father (~ 50), Oldest Son (~ 26), and Hotel Manager
- 3 Female:  Mother (~ 50), Older Daughter (~ 23), and Youngest Daughter (~17/18)

Optional:  There is a fun suggestion to involve several young children from the church that will not require them to rehearse or memorize lines.

Two game/activity suggestions are given that relate to the script.

For a free preview:  Email your request with your name and church name to Nancy at *.  You will receive three documents:  A portion of the script for you to understand the flow, a list of characters for you to determine if you have the right people to fill the cast, and a suggested schedule.  (Because you only receive part of the script, previews are free!  However, once a script has been ordered, you agree to pay $100 for the script in 15 days.)
